Shipping & Returns
Indira Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to exchange your jewelry or get store credit within 7 business days of when you received your purchase. We will only accept the exchange if the item being returned is in new and re-sellable condition. Under the company terms, you may exchange the said purchase for another purchase or redeem a store credit. We advise that any exchanges are packaged in the original box and returned with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS) with proof of purchase. Indira Jewelry will not be held accountable for anything that is lost or damaged in transit.
In order for us to process your return, we must receive paperwork that includes your name and invoice number in the return package.
As soon as your return is processed, we will grant you a store credit for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items and the customer is responsible for any return shipping/handling fees. Please note that we do not accept any exchanges on special orders or personalized pieces.
Indira Jewelry will add shipping/handling fees and applicable sales tax to each purchase, which will be reflected in your final pricing at checkout. Our listed products are available while supplies last. Upon receipt of your online order, the company will respond with a verification email to accept your order.
Domestic Shipping, Handling & Insurance
Orders of $1000+ will require an adult signature due to the nature of the shipment. Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number.
International Shipping, Handling & Insurance
Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs/shipping locations. Before your shipment can be delivered, it may be subject to customs/duties/taxes and/or brokerage fees. You (the recipient) are responsible for these charges and they are at the discretion of the customs office in the arriving country.
Indira Jewelry is not responsible for packages once they have been retrieved by mail couriers. We cannot be held accountable for delays or damages ensued in transit. Indira Jewelry will facilitate a solution should such a problem occur. If an outgoing package is lost in transit, Indira Jewelry will file a claim with the courier and replace your purchase immediately upon claim completion.
